Yep, hes back, and hes MUCH stronger than before. Even though he only has 10 more HP and 1 more Attack.
OChunks is much more aggressive and is actually a threat now. Hell spin, charge and throw large blocks, plus he wont be affected by Thoreau unless you get him during an attack. I recommend dumping the Thoreau strategy entirely and using Bowser on Carrie, but its you call. In case you didnt know, Carrie the hover platform Pixel effectively negates Bowsers awful movement.
Low Level Tips:
-The block-throw is the most dangerous attack here. Interrupt it with Bowsers fire breath, or use Barry with exact timing to avoid it. (I havent tried the second method, so dont blame me if it doesnt work)
-By now, you should have more than 10 HP. But you dont need to waste money on Super Shroom Shakes yet. Simply buy regular Shroom Shakes and take them to the chef in Flipside. Shell cook them into Fried Shroom Plates, which recover 15 HP, at no extra cost.
