Currently between games and I noticed no one seems to have put up any video of the postgame dungeon runs, so I decided to record a climb of the Tower of the Haryuu. It's an NG+ dungeon that's available at the very start of the game. It's just one long climb up 34 floors with a set of bosses every 3rd floor starting from floor 4. They guard a chest with a good item in it as well as a save point and a drop point that takes you back to floor 1. There are no recovery items to be found in the dungeon. Leaving the dungeon resets it completely, so all the bosses reappear. If you were doing a regular climb, you'd usually use SP commands to recover HP and then grind encounters to refill SP.

Most of these bosses have their own drops as well, but I already have a Lv99 party with all the best gear and 15 copies of the best items in most cases, so I don't need them (unless I feel like trying to collect 15 copies of everything, or more than 15 copies which seems like a waste of time as they'll likely be lost once I start a fresh game again). That's why I'm running away from all fights possible.

My traveling party is Axel + Alfimy, Xiaomu, Suzuka and Neige. They're the fastest characters in the game, and they've been further equipped to maximize their SPD. Xiaomu also has the Snipe 狙撃 SP command. This can be used to stun enemies, and is very handy later on the higher floors where failing to escape becomes too costly. Suzuka does have the bad trait Strained Back ぎっくり腰 which can lose you 10% Frontier Gauge (F.Gauge), so you may need to stop and fight to build up F.Gauge again from time to time if you are too unlucky. You could, of course, just use someone else with speed boosters as well.

Once I reach the boss room, I switch my party to Reiji, Neige, Kaguya and Alredy. Reiji has normal equipment and he's mainly around just to keep the party healed and to spam 天地真命. This trades 30% Frontier Gauge for 50-100 SP for everyone in the active party, which helps with conserving items. Ideally, you use this and Kaguya's 期待 command to keep everyone's SP at a suitable level and finish the fight with a nice long combo so you get all, or at least most of your SP back. Alredy, Neige and Kaguya can then just dish out the damage. Notably, Neige and Alredy both have SP commands that fill your Frontier Gauge to max as well.

The first boss fight (5:34) has one Hildr and two Hennes. Henne can be stunned or poisoned, which is why you see me using the C set for Alredy as that move has a chance of inflicting stun. I've not played this since September 2022, so I am very out of practice, which is why sometimes I just take the safe way out.

This is a shorter video since I was doing this to test the recording, the rest will all be 2 boss battles each.
