If N++ was my platformer of 2016, then Super Rude Bear Resurrection is in prime condition to become my platformer of 2017. It oozes Super Meat Boy levels of difficulty, with an ingenious corpse mechanic that makes levels easier the more you die.
Also I know the brother of the game's developer so there's that. (The dev himself is also a pretty cool guy. I don't think I'll ever have a more favourite brothers duo in the indie gaming scene.)
