Kennedy is a known survivor of the 1998 Raccoon City Destruction Incident, then as a police officer. after he had escaped, he was offered and job in the US.STRATCOM (United States Strategic Command), a team devoted to the anti-B.O.W. combat, served it until 2011 in repeated operations worldwide.
