Mega Lucario is an L-Load of Lucario in Project M EX REMIX, he's essentially a suped up regular Lucario with no limits. Lucario in Project +/M and REMIX has a very distinctive gameplay overhaul which makes this moveset actually get to stand out as its own, since Lucario's regular Smash iteration isn't in Project M.

This is only in the latest REMIX update, that should be out when this video is public.
