Palutena and Chris waited for Samus to show up, but after five minutes of silence and nothingness, the goddess grunted loudly. "What is taking her so long to get here? The stage is right next to the fighting modes. Everyone is instructed to come here after they're done beating each other on their skulls," she said.

"Samus is aware that you're a dangerous person to be around that she doesn't want to risk having what's left of her sanity crushed by you," Chris pointed out. "She's right at the top of the most serious fighters. She's not like Lucina who has this dorky side when it comes to her atrocious choices in women's clothing and really out there sense of humor."

"This isn't Lucina's time. It's Samus's, and she's not here," Palutena said. "I feel insulted."

"More than half of the people who come here feel insulted after you're done with the talks, which you greatly enjoy doing," the teen pointed out again to her smiling face. "I'm confused now. Are you on the side of good or are you a mole for the side of evil?"

"Why don't you ask Pit that?" she asked.

"I ask him that, he'll punch me in the gut, and then he'll go on a long explanation why it is HEINOUS to think you're a little bit evil. The guy is so biased with all that is light that he literally sticks his tongue to anything darkness-related," Chris said with a dull look. "As you can see, it's pointless to ask the one guy who's nearly in love with you."

"That's sweet of him."

"Sure it is..." Though the goddess never got to talk to Samus, she would make sure she would the next time...

Key Notes:
- (This explanation is repeated in every other All-Star video, except for the last note regarding the character in question).
- In this mode, you're given the Cruel Smash treatment by being the super heavy hitter. Everyone who stands in your way can be easily pushed away, unless they all gang up on you.
- The AI gets harder with every team you defeat.
- However, there are some particular notes I should make clear to watch out against certain groups, assuming your health is low or huge enough. From every group, you must watch out for a particular character:
1) Rosalina & Luma: They can rack up the damage a lot, and their AI is smarter than the rest of their team.
2) Do NOT let Lucario linger for too much if it's received a lot of damage. Besides that one, the Villager is utterly dangerous with nearly everything he does...including the slingshot.
3) Charizard and its Flare Blitz are murder. Pikachu and its Thunder. Sheik's bomb and Up B. Ness is a dire threat when he uses his B specials...and the yo-yo attacks. His bat is somehow not so dangerous.
4) The space furries and their Reflectors for projectiles that will end you. Dedede and his Gordo Throw.
5) Marth and Palutena because of their broken Counters.
6) The whole team is a threat, except for Bowser (somehow) and ROB. Samus' Charged Shot likes to blow you up. Duck Hunt's exploding cans will destroy you at over 100%.
7) Little Mac's Counter, Mario's Cape, and Pac-Man's Fire Hydrant.

- I find Samus's charged Up A attack to be the most effective finisher than her charged forward attack (as the tip of that one deals the most damage). Her Charged Shot is just basic but still good enough against enemies who don't have reflectors with them...
