Super Smash Bros. for Wii U - Home-Run Contest - Robotic Precision
So, did you all have a good Christmas? I did, but I can't say the same for all those retail workers who have to work during Christmas. A Jack in the Box I visited on the 23rd indicated it remained open for 24 hours, in both the drive-thru and the diing area, and remained continuously open from midnight Christmas until 11:59 PM this coming Sunday. I figured if these establishments have no respect for Thanksgiving as a holiday, they'd have no respect for Christmas either.
When did this become a thing? When I was younger, most establishments were closed on Christmas. It was one of those days you could ensure you got a day off, and if more than that, to visit your family elsewhere.
It's quite easy to tell your underlings to work on Christmas without having to do so yourself though.
In any case, here's another Challenge. This time, the goal is to send Sandbag between 1,640 and 1,656 feet (500 and 505 meters) using R.O.B. There are two Challenges: To do it as him and as any character. As I hadn't gone into a range that specific before, I got both of them at once, getting trophies of Wonder-Green (from Wonderful 101) and Dr. Light (from Mega Man).
It'll likely take a few tries regardless of your skill level, but what I did here was do the forward smash uncharged, use Robo Laser, then did more uncharged forward smashes and hit Sandbag with the tip of the bat once the damage reached about 70%. As you can see how my Global Smash Power went down, this was not my best run with R.O.B.
