2Welcome to the Rise Of The Amiibo! A series of Smash Bros videos staring those extremely popular Nintendo collectable figures - the Amiibo!
We're starting out with some training, everyone has to start somewhere and this is where our eventual Amiibo Overlords began their journey - all the way from LVL1!
Amiibo for those that don't know, are physical collectable figurines that have NFC technology in them so they can be actually scanned into the game via Wii U Game Pad for various different things and features. In Smash Bros the figures become computer controlled A.I. characters that you can name and train/level up with. They can eventually become very formidable opponents and even learn unique styles of play or habits while Smash'ing.
