Super Smash Bros. for Wii U: Wario Bike Glitch in Master Fortress (1st Phase)
24When playing as Wario in Classic Mode, and have him make it all the way to Master Fortress, don't make him jump off his Wario Bike after destroying the fortress' second core.
If you do, the game won't throw Wario back outside Master Fortress when it's transforming to prepare yourself to get its last two cores... because Wario is still on his bike.
Wario will be stuck in the same area he was when he smashed the second core, except now it's completely pitch black and you can't see anything at all. Since the hole you had to drop down into in order to reach that area was extremely deep, you're not able to climb out of it.
All you can do at this point is travel around to see what you can reach until you take enough damage from the acid around you that it kills you.
Later on, I tested this on the 4th and last core, and it doesn't work. Wario is still taken back to Final Destination so he can finish off Master Core once and for all.
