IMPORTANT NOTE
Super Street Fighter II : The New Challengers (and all the Street Fighter II's variants) features some randomness when it comes to damage and dizziness. The same move can deal a different amount of dizziness for instance. Character like Zangief and T. Hawk are sightly more resilient to dizziness as well. Combo that is shown in the video may not work every time because of these factors.

If done in single player, keep in mind that the CPU takes reduced damage when played at the two highest difficulties settings, causing most of them to not deal 100% damage.

The combo was performed in multiplayer mode using the default number of stars, which is the same as when playing as singler player (except the last two difficulties).

Unlike the other characters, Ken's 100% combo is viable to be performed during an actual match. His fierce Shoruyken is very powerful and is prone to cause dizziness against his opponent.

Super Street Fighter II: The New Challengers is a classic fighting game developed and published by Capcom for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES). Released in 1994, it is an updated version of Street Fighter II: The World Warrior and introduces four new playable characters, along with various gameplay enhancements and visual improvements.

TAS Tools were used in this video.
