superUSB: Install windows 10 22h2 in less than 7 minutes (Real Time Video) Free fast legal genuine
What is superUSB?
It's a tool created by me to run applications and even the whole OS directly from the USB. Installing an image file is one of them, and it's used to install windows 10 here. Bootable USB and live linux are nothing new, but superUSB took a lot of the codes and ideas and incorporated them in a more elegant and useful package.
What is an image?
Image is not a photo, but a file container that could have anything inside the image, including photos themselves. Here the image is used as a virtualization of some physical device allocated to some fixed locations inside the USB drive. In other words, One USB flash drive is treated as an unlimited amount of IO devices.
Is this video fake? 7 minutes seems too fast.
No, 7 minutes can be considered slow. As I am only using a USB 3.1 flash drive with 100mb/s read. It's fast enough for me, but if the superUSB were to be installed on a faster USB drive, installing windows 10 would take less than 2 minutes.
Is this legal and how can it be free?
The laptop is licensed with windows 10 pro. This means I can install only windows 10 pro as many times as I want, and it's free and legal. There is a way to register your hardware to Microsoft, and they will gladly activate any copy of windows for you free of charge.
Why did I remove my good Windows 10 OS?
I already have the whole OS backuped. Destroying it is no concern at all. I can restore my system easily in less than 20 minutes. 20 minutes seems longer than 7 minutes, but my whole system contains a lot of applications, drivers, updates and etc, so the size is much bigger, and 20 minutes is faster than 7 minutes.
What is 22h2?
This is the final version of Windows 10. Using this version means the required update will be minimal. There would be some update after the installation. The update took 30+ minutes to complete. This is an image file directly downloaded from Microsoft. It's safer than getting from an unknown source. Microsoft is malware by default anyway, but Microsoft is probably not actively trying to get your password to steal your money than a third party adversary would be. Therefore it's not recommended to download the image file from a third party especially when it's freely available directly from Microsoft.
Why is Microsoft considered malware?
It forcefully installs updates on you. You don't own your computer at all. If Microsoft wants to end the world, it can push an update to disable all windows computers. It probably won't do that, but it surely has the ability to do so. Windows 10 also does maintenance everyday, and reports back to Microsoft if it chooses to. This behavior is exactly what a malware would do. All these can be disabled, but not for average users. Average users have no option to opt out. There is a LTSC version with less trash and updates from Microsoft. This is recommended for users who want to have more control, the so-called enterprise version.
