The last mission and can be the hardest if you don't stockpile experimentals and ready your base before finishing the first objective. You will also be given command of the other 2 Allied faction's SACUs. This will allow you to build their units as well! (A great way to end the campaign).

First, you need to destroy the Seraphim base to your south west. You can try to capture one of their factories though at this point if you want to build their units, as this is the opportune time to do so before the map expands further into mayhem. Make sure as well that you have all of your defenses ready and your tier 3 artillery is set to on hold fire if you need more time to prepare.

Consider building the Aeon Paragon Experimental Building as it basically provides unlimited resource generation (meaning you will never go negative mass or negative energy), just make sure to build it at a very protected spot. If this gets destroyed, it will cause a nuclear explosion. You also want to build anti-nuke silos as the seraphim will try to nuke your base in the final state of the map.

Once you have destroyed the Seraphim base to your south west, the map expands. You then need to destroy the Order commander to the west in an island, the Serpahim base to your south, and Fletcher who suddenly backstabs you for no good reason at all to your north east. If you have stockpiled experimentals, now is the time to send them their way - otherwise you will have a rough time clearing this phase of the mission.

Optional objective is to capture the Black sun control center just a few paces south of your base. It is in the way of the Seraphim's assault path on your base, so have your engineer be protected.

Once you defeated all 3 commanders, the map then expands to its final state. The Seraphim will be to your south and there will be a huge rift that you need to destroy to finish the mission. If time passes too long, the Seraphim will try to launch a nuke at your base (hence, why I advise building anti nuke silos at the very start). Smash the rift with experimentals to win the mission.
