Haven't played Blastoise in a while so I wanted to see how well he can CC the enemy team with Surf and Hydro Pump. I come to find out that he is the best counter to enemy with Dodrio since he can stop him from moving around so much and stop Cinderace from reaching Objectives.
I chose Shell Bell for HP Recovery and cooldown on my moves when they hit the enemy. Specs to raise my Spa.Attack and spoon to ignore SP. DEF.
Emblems are 6 White and 6 Green for more HP and SPA.
