I pretty much skipped the chance in November 2020 to buy a PlayStation 5 knowing it was going to be a challenge to order a PS5 on release day. I was in no hurry for a console upgrade yet. So I decided I was going to wait to buy a PS5 when more stock was readily available. Much to my surprise, I received an email from Sony PlayStation providing me an opportunity to order a PS5 on May 20th through Sony directly.

In this video I finally unbox my PS5 a few weeks after receiving it in June and share my initial impressions of the PS5 since unpacking and setting it up.
