I got killed by the first ghost because my hiding spot wasn't working. It was a Mimic.
The other ghosts were Banshee (singing during EVERY event and stalked to me), Myling (silent footsteps at a distance), and Obake (this was a cheat - it was PJ girl walking backwards in every form. I know that's a current bug with Obake PJ girl, and since I had no good way to observe the ghost to watch for a shapechange, I just went with that guess and left.)
Being a zero sanity, zero evidence, hide in those closets (the cabinet in the alcove on the first floor wasn't working for me). Know those ghost tells.
