0Condemned 2: Bloodshot is the sequel to Condemned: Criminal Origins that takes place 11 months after the events of the first game. The game introduces new combat mechanics, interactive dialogue throughout the levels, and new collectibles. Like the original game it offers unlockable extras by completing each of the game's achievements and offers an achievement list built into the game that keeps track of the player's progress toward each achievement.
The Story: Eleven months after the events of Condemned: Criminal Origins, Ethan Thomas, now a haunted, unstable alcoholic, is drawn back into service with the Serial Crimes Unit when his old mentor Malcolm Vanhorn is found brutally murdered. The city is spiraling into chaos — rampant psychosis, mysterious cult activity, and hallucinations plague both its streets and Ethan’s mind. As he investigates Vanhorn’s death, Ethan uncovers the machinations of a shadowy cult called the Oro, confronts his own inner demons, and must use a mix of forensic detective work and brutal, often improvised melee combat to survive the conspiracy that threatens everything.
