91A Gameplay Setting that is almost a mandatory to try in the very least once.
It wasnt easy, nor impossible, with enough knowledge of the Mechanics of the Mod I managed to beat the Shores of Hell.

Medical Spawns: Blood Marathon **
Damage Taken: 100% + 25% of Scientist Class
Damage Inflicted: 130%
Monster Spawns: LiTDoom Default
Equipment Loss Chances: Low
Firearms degradation: on
Realistic Reload: on
No instant healing items: off
Poisonous trites and nukage: off
100% Kills Reward: Active
Post-apocalypse bonuses: Rare armor boxes and food items
Soul Crystals on Corpses: Frequent
Tried Inferno...
And the very beggining is quite though in UV count with any of the 3 classes.
