Last year Dr Sieh actually warned the Indonesian Government that a tsunami was on the way. He even handed out brochures to villagers, showing them how to save themselves. The trouble is, no-one in authority took the slightest bit of notice. Now, Dr Sieh is predicting another tsunami, even more devastating. One can only hope that this time they're listening.
