SVC Chaos - SNK vs. Capcom (Neo Geo AES) | Zero Playthrough (04/27/2023)
SVC Chaos - SNK vs. Capcom (English ver.) Zero (Megaman Zero) arcade mode playthrough. (Level-3 difficulty) (Neo Geo AES, emulated by FinalBurn Neo)
Well, guessed what also came back after such a whole year since then... SVC Chaos: SNK vs. Capcom on the home port of Neo Geo AES!
I've couldn't get to have my chance to return back to this game again, but I forgot what was the other reason why I didn't though either... Maybe there was a certain game I've been working, either on my PS4, Xbox One S, or through emulations, and because I've been so hardly focused on it, its made me kinda forgot about this game too... So I guessed thanks to the both arcade games I've been doing out of curiosity, Kabuki Klash & Kaiser Knuckle, now I've been like sorta returning of doing arcade games through emulations once again. (might not be 100% sure though, as its possible that I may forget about it again once I've started something new very soon, maybe the Battle Network broadcast playthroughs on PS4 probably...)
Anyway, I made this gameplay cause I do remember that there's an actual Megaman series character in this game, Zero, based on the Megaman Zero series on GBA, but since he's one of the few secret characters that appears on the 4th stage by reaching an certain conditions, to plays as them in this port of Neo Geo AES, you need to enter an certain input codes to unlock him per each times. In order to do that for playing as Zero though, here's how its worked; 1.) you need to hold the Start button, (whichever you've used for the emulation though, as I put it on the Start/Menu button on the Xbox One controller) then 2.) while holding down Start, press the d-pad or left stick in an corresponding orders; Up, Right x2, Left x2, Down, Up x3, Right, then press any button at the end. Any punch for P1 color, while any kick for P2 color. If you get it right correctly, you should be seeing Zero as you're selected character in the screen. If it doesn't worked though, trying resetting the game and try again. I would suggest to do it on practices mode for practicing the input commands in case for arcade mode. It is kinda complicated for an Neo Geo game, but once you do it several times, you'll get used to it in a while soon.
Most of Zero's moves in this game were mostly based on the first Megaman Zero game, as the Chained Rod from MMZ2 weren't in it, since maybe it wasn't even made yet during this game, so only the Lanced Rod.
