The uprising in Russia resulted in the unsuccessful intervention of the international coalition in an attempt to return the legitimate rulers back to the Kremlin. But the new government is easily restoring it's positions in the west and south of the country, yet the Far East continues to stay under the Chinese occupation. The situation is complicated by the fact that the russian ex-president helped coalition to transport or neutralize almost the entire Russian nuclear arsenal. At most difficult moment, a several forgotten submarines surfaced near the coast of Hokkaido with multiple nuclear warheads on board. The Japanese government takes them away, and soon draws on itself the fury of the Chinese dragon, who doesn't want to allow nuclear weapons to fall either in the hands of Russian revolutionaries or in the hands of Japanese generals.
