Swat 4 Red Library 100% Elite
86100% score on Swat 4 in the Red Library on Elite. SSF Realism mod 3.1 is in use. 100 by not having a teammate incapacitated. Not getting hurt. Reporting everyone and picking up all weapons. No deaths and arrest only. This will force you to use non-legal weapons and tactical grenades to get the suspects to submit. Weapon of choice here is beanbag shotguns. I left some people behind and I had to go back and report and arrest them. There was one suspect that went back to the starting point and looking the other way.
