37This one is kinda easy actually. I thought Alexei would be much more troublesome, but lack of movements really makes him easy to kite around.
Make sure you upgrade your manouvre command tactical skill, and get all those TP recovery talents plus the inital TP bonus from the talent tree. I still have not got all the initial TP bonuses (they are so expensive).
Put the guidance of the world tarot whisper on your papal ice priest. I didn't use it, but you might also want to give your outlaw archer the guidance of the world tarot whisper.
