Unlocking, using, and refilling info on all 12 applications. This was a tremendous amount of work! There was much to tackle so I'd like to clarify a few other specifics here..
FIRST - Here is the Colorado Expert video I mentioned during the Damage Link section. This video shows Damage Link last longer at the 5:11 mark.

Reboot could be decent on Normal difficulty, but it will make your life more frustrating on Expert. Reboot also has a short wave EMP effect on nearby enemies when you activate it. I've seen it stun normal enemies as gained control of my character again. This is not mentioned within the game.
Battery sometimes is slow to show your allies get their apps refilled at the top of the screen. This is seen near the end of its clip. I'm not fully sure how or what happens and to be honest, this could use more testing for better info.
Virus - In the very beginning I meant it does decent damage to all enemy types in the game (except UAVs), not all the enemies currently around you in the mission. This was more understandable as I finished the sentence saying it can affect 3 at once. ;p
