Syphon Filter: Dark Mirror - Revamp Mod Preview (Version A)
6The Revamped Mod is a modification that give a fresh look to the
game, by altering all the Career Ratings with new weapons and making the game a little bit difficult. For make room for the new unlockables, all the vanilla ones are already available at start. Two versions are made: "Version A": it use online mode exclusive weapons obtained with ranks, or rather, the "default" weaponry, and "Version B": it use all the other remaining weapons, or rather, mission specific ones and online exclusive ones found in weapon boxes
Other changes are:
- Game forced at 60hz, ProScan mode (480p) and WideScreen by default
- Y Axis reversed by default
- Training Missions have ratings, but they won't count, is just an extra, and a way to have some extra "challenge"
- Weapon fixes and changes
- Increased Career Ratings requirements, making the game a bit more challenging
- Character exclusive weapons are available to everyone. Gabe can use Lian's VSS-DU and TK-9 and Lian can use Gabe's MB-150 and Mark 23SD, plus Stone's Rifle, and Stone can use "Special" rifles, and both Logan and Xing sidearms. As an extra, Paintball Rifle and Paintball Gun are available to use too
- Cheats are enabled. Two cheats exists: Invulnerable, where none of the damage types can hurt the player, and Beat Level, where trigger any mission end
