Workshopped a route that picks up the G-18 in the locker room and skips the K3G4 box. Depending on which side of the aquarium you enter, the G-18 can save either 2.7 seconds or 1.1 seconds.

More time saves might be possible with better ammo routing in Mission 6 to avoid the G-18 pickup as well. To not fall off the catwalk at the end of Mission 6, only do the first part of the climb animation skip -- otherwise the guard will clip you back down. Tough strat.
