2A lone hacker wakes up to a nightmare as his plea deal with Edward Diego reveals its dire ramifications. On the Research Level, Its a race against time to figure out how to disable Citadel Station's mining laser before it fires at Earth.
So far I'm enjoying this game, it isnt what you'd call a traditional shooter and there are no objective markers. You have to pay attention to your environment, emails and audio logs to figure out where you should go and what you should be doing. You are also free to explore as you please, and the difficulty can be tailored to your preferences, but only at the start of the game.
Only thing I'm not a fan of is the recycle mechanic, with limited inventory space and the need to buy stuff with tokens it can get boring backtracking through areas looking for things to scrap, but nontheless I can put up with it, as I am truly in love with the aethetic and atmosphere of this game. Its such a relief to get something like this rather than overpriced corporate AAA shovelware.
So congratulations Nightdive, it took ages and you took alot of stick during development, but it was so worth it......i.iii.iiInsects....
