After delays and years of development, the long-awaited System Shock remake has finally arrived and it's available on PC.
The original System Shock was a cool first-person action game with a techno vibe, but since it was made way back in 1994, it was pretty clunky to play. The new version of the game is also gonna be first-person, but it'll have more RPG elements like the sequel. Plus, it'll be way easier to play with modern controls and graphics. So far, the gameplay looks a lot more enjoyable.
Basically, most of your time in the game will be spent sneaking around narrow corridors and tight spaces in Citadel Station. You can choose to be sneaky or go all-out with guns blazing, but be warned: just like in the original, going trigger-happy is a surefire way to get killed by monsters.
