The Jump program from T-Mobile will allow customer to upgrade devices twice a year. This is a plan geared for tech heads looking to upgrade their device. Also included in the $10 a month deal is a total protection plan that helps out with malfunctions, damage, thefts and loss of handsets. As for availability? According to the fine print on the press release below (after the, wait for it, jump) the plan, "may not be available in all locations.
