37Forgot about this one. My first shot into production! I had to keep pushing the performance to make sure we were selling that fear was taking over and Riley was less “in control” so it really felt like a near-miss moment. Then I experimented with a quick 2D pass before doing a 3D pass to see if what I had in my mind would work (it didn’t). One of the challenges in this shot was to stay true to what’s possible in hockey but also sell the “out of control” moment. Since I didn’t have a hockey rink near me, a lot of this was experimenting and asking hockey experts around me to get this shot finalled.
