T1C Axis Slim Appendix Holster Review | As Good As It Gets
28The Tier 1 Concealed Axis Slim AIWB holster is designed to give you a secondary magazine while still being ultra comfortable because of the flex that the holster offers. That said, is it really that comfortable? I've found that after giving it some time to get used to it, yes. The holster really is incredibly comfortable. More importantly though, how does it conceal? Also incredibly well. Admittedly I haven't tried a ton of other holsters so I really couldn't tell you if it is the best of the best. But what I can tell you is that I reccomend this holster whole heartedly and if you buy it, you're going to love it. It's feature rich for a holster, is available in many colors with different options for sweat guard height, how you want to clip it on to your waist, dominant hand, flashlight compatability, optic compatability and you can use T1C's wedges on it if you want maximum concealability. Expanding on the clip options, I've found that going with the UltiClips are for sure the way to go. They allow you to attach the holster to your pants (or shorts, sweats, jammies, boxers, banana hammocks, etc) without the need for a belt. I still reccomend a belt but still.

Holds its retention
Works for Carry Optics or Open division in USPSA (which I do use this holster for)
Customizable
Compatible with UltiClips
Easy to put on and take off
Cons:
Takes time to get used to
Weird imprints on your skin (who really cares tho)
Chicago screws are difficult to adjust if you loktite them (so make sure you like where it's at before you do)
