Even though Melodia took on the whole party in Sacred Earth: Memory, these two can be fought with an equal sized party. I'm not 100% sure about their weaknesses, but Balcruade is weak to wind while Zuleika is probably weak to earth. However, Priel is weak to wind and ̶P̶a̶t̶c̶h̶o̶u̶l̶i̶ Perrine is weak to earth, so you'll need to boost their defenses to those elements.
I like how chain attacks were balanced to be more useful, especially in increasing the EX gauge.
Yes, re-examining everything with Perrine in the party will result in new dialogue.
