We continue playing poe 2. Today we started the stream with me buying a fashionable hat that everyone is using now, for the environment buff - Constricting Command. Encirclement is when there are 5 or more enemies in your presence. The hat reduces the number of mobs needed to surround you to zero, which means you are always considered surrounded. The tree has some very strong buffs for you if you are surrounded. I respec'd the old points and increased the damage on the tooltip almost twice! And at the same time I won in HP, armor and evasion. This is a very strong upgrade, the damage in the build is really high, and this is far from the ceiling. But there may soon be problems with survivability. Otherwise, nothing interesting happened on the stream, no successful crafts, no drops.
