📋 Puzzle Rules:
• Normal Sudoku rules apply.
• Standard arrows: Digits along a grey arrow sum to the digit in the circle cell attached to that arrow. Digits can repeat along an arrow if allowed by other rules.
• Relocages: If a digit in a cage is placed on a small black arrow, then one of the *other* digits in the same cage must be pointed at by the arrow and be a distance away equal to the digit placed on the black arrow.
For example, if R3C8 was a 2, then R5C6 would be the same digit as either R2C7 or R2C8.
