A dozen fixes later, and the stuttering issue is sort of fixed. I can only record one episode of this a day, as even closing the game and restarting still causes mild stutter after about 25mins, as you will notice in the next episode. Apart from that, I'm starting to feel just as frustrated as Deacon is, from all the failures I've had in the past 48 hours. Needless to say I'm still here, and so is this series. Expect a make-up episode tomorrow as an apology for the lack of upload yesterday.


Please bear with me as I troubleshoot issues with this playthrough, as this is the first game out of the 50 or so titles I've done, that causes this specific issue. The only other game that raised any kind of slowdown was RE7, which is weird as Village didn't have any issues.
