- Story : Everyone's favorite curry-loving flower-symbol martial artist black mage girl Kohak Hearts is picking up flowers, when suddenly an army of glitchy Barbatos surround her. Fire ensues. And flowers.
EDIT : Oh wait, with the localization of Graces, it's no longer curry, it's cucumbers. CUCUMBERS. Kohak must be enjoying those in more ways than one.


Kohak doesn't have many tools for this battle. Her normally versatile moves just don't have the range for something this insane. However, the few useful moves that do work are life savers.

Embuujin, the flaming spin (Down-A) is essential. It has good speed and range, but it usually gets beaten : the range can't hit all 7 foes, and they sometimes break out of it for no apparent reason. It's still a good way to get TP and trigger the flower Hi-Ougi.

The flower Hi-Ougi (Satsugeki Bukoken?) hits the whole screen and hits for 150 HP (Barb having 500 here). It will recharge over a whole bar of OVL, but no TP. Kohak is in a dangerous position at the end, but it's worth it.
Sometimes it glitches and also recharges TP, literally filling the whole bar, but for some reason, the Barbies all CRASH unto Kohak at the end, with a flaming slash, before she can move. Still, if this bug happens, it's a good thing, since you get a free TP bar.

The meteor Hi-Ougi requires OVL and massive TP (I reduced the TP cost a bit, but this isn't necessary). It hits hard, but the Barbies often ignore the move completely and attack Kohak until her invincibility ends. Bug or no, I'm not sure, but I found this unfair (and silly), so I made her recover faster from this move, via hacks.

The... Double Ground Dasher ("Sunburn") is a Game Breaker here. Spam this and you basically won.

My plan is to spam Sunburn non-stop. For that, I need to shorten its casting time by being in OVL Lvl 2. This also grants Kohak infinite CC, which is required. Sunburn costs TP, but by hitting 7 enemies, she recharges more TP and OVL than she uses.

Just don't use Infernal Prison. Seriously. Don't. It's her second best move for this fight as far as my experience goes, but look what happens when I do use it.


And Kohak is done. Making a strategy for her was moderately complicated because I had no idea what her moves were, but once I tried Sunburn in Ovl Lvl 2, victory was quickly attained.
