Running a mono wind team or wind team +1 which includes Boreal, Elvis, Valla and Utega/Petralia.
I also have a mono fire team which includes Mao, Wu Lian, Petralia and Lotus Moon. I also have Garcia, Nefeeru, Rabis, Chloe and a ton of other characters which I can rotate in the team or just use a different mono element setup depending on the situation.
