The lady wrapped in black makes an interesting final boss, though nowhere near as difficult as Nerifes due to the availability of very good accessories and equipment at this point in the game. Hell, Senel's Kaiser Gears come packed with "Extra damage: Schwartz", so this is already in the bag before it started.

But just for the sake of wrapping things up, I'll divulge a bit into what she can do. Her basic staff combo is pretty wicked, and isn't always a guarantee to pass through when you try. Spiral of Life, which what she recovers with from knockdown, does way too much damage if you get caught in the entire thing. I never get caught in the full thing here, but it's brutal when it happens. Melody of Life is the main attack she uses, but it's pretty easy to dodge. Her biggest eres is Nihil Solo, and since this only took one take I didn't have time in battle to figure out which way she fires it. It's more of a party devastator than anything.

She's basically Grune when it comes to spells, having Malestrom, Ancient Nova, Black Hole, Brilliant Lance, Meteor Storm and a few others for example. Meteor Storm started tripping me up since I was under the impression that if I lost that I would have to watch the SUPAH LONG SCENE before the battle again, despite Legendia having a retry option. Legendia Syndrome, Verc Syndrome, call it what you want, but I really didn't want to lose since I forgot all about that retry option, rofl.

Anyway, I really enjoy this fight, especially after all of the annoying monsters in the CQ's. Even if she has very high penetrate, her spell lag makes it even less frustrating than the previous two Dark battles. As much as I love Legendia as a game/an experience, it was still a healthy playthrough in terms of length, and as a fourth playthrough this is most likely my last for years and years (inb4exhibitions). All good things must come to an end eventually, and like Schwartz's reveal after the battle, it's a bittersweet moment.
