In Tales it is the same. FIRST Tree was a Spirit of Life, latter on a huge number of sacrifices followed. We know for sure that Original Kanonno was one of them, but no info WHO she was really.
Crestoria has a memoria stone depicting this scene with Mint so this hardly can be any other Planet than Aselia on which SEED's host was changed to Martel's soul (and don't forget who Tabatha is) after Great Kharlan Tree was destroyed via Mana Cannon firing at it.
Not sure if it is right to call Lazaris a Tree, but INDEED she'll grow that light-pink one trough the wounds she dealt to Lumi's (which is PROTAG's REAL BODY, actually).
Can't help but see what has happened to Asclepia Tree as... what has happened to one of us... actually...
