Sylph is not that hard but since your facing Yutis, Sephie, and Fairess altogether I would recommend to have your healer learn Healing Circle or Revitalize before doing this fight.

As for strategy goes I went with Lloyd as the main, Zelos with Healing Wind or Healing Stream, sheena with Power Seal, Power Seal Absolute,Pyre Seal and Raine as the main healer.

Ok when this fight starts focus on Yutis while having your other party members keep Sephie and Fairess busy then the rest should be easy after your main finish off Yutis.
