Part 14 of a walkthrough for Tales of Vesperia: Definitive Edition on Nintendo Switch. Yuri infiltrates the Blood Alliances' stronghold called Ghastfrost. There, he finds out the identity of the dragon rider who turns out to be a Krytyan named Judith. Together, they break out of their cell and go after Barbos after meeting up with Yuri's friends.
As for the boss fight against Barbos, you'll want to be sure you're stocked up on items before you face him because the fight against Barbos is kind of lengthy due to ow much HP he has. But the first thing you'll want to do is take out the bridge supports to prevent Barbos from calling more enemies to his aid. I highly recommend you do that as soon as the battle starts. Otherwise the fight will be made more difficult for you if you just ignore them. Once all of the bridge supports are out take out the last remaining enemies helping Barbos. Than once they've been taken care of you can take on Barbos, himself. Barboss isn't so hard on his own although there are at least two attacks that can deal some major damage. Not to mention break your defence if you try to defend from either of those attacks. The two attacks that I am talking about are "Macabre Hammer" and "Hammer Roll", Also, be sure to stay far away from him when he uses his Overlimit.
