A struggling artist trying to find a place in the world that lets him feel like his talents can make a difference, where he can make a difference. Despite being a man of passion and the arts, the world of galleries and schmoozing up to the elite and wealthy is soul-crushing. Suddenly a man appears, tall dark, and alluring. Something about them completely takes over all our sense of caution and dashing away with our inhibitions. Next thing we know we are alone with a pang of hunger we don't understand and a sword hanging over our head...
Vampire the Masquerade is expansive lore of the fantasy world that lies just beneath the surface of the world we know. Along the lines of series like the Dresden Files and the Type-Moon Fate series, this caught my attention immediately. With years of lore build around Tabletop RPG's computer games and LARP groups, this world of magic, mystery, and intrigue holds a lot of promise for some interesting stories. Thank you to Draw Distance for creating this game and sharing it with me.
