8-Pack Flack, can deal continues damage with the commander that increase reload speed. It's quite hard to finish all the clips, that also mean you can fire non-stop, if use correctly.

From the video, you can see how I play between PvE and PvP. In Worm Encounter, since the worm won't moving around, I keep spam firing until worm burrowed or emptied the clip. But in PvP, you must wait until all the 4 rockets landed then only can start firing again. If not, your attack mostly miss the target.

Ultimate Strike, I consider it as rolling dice. If enemy luck enough, might only take 1 - 2 hit from it. If not lucky, then might 4 - 5 hit from it. So the damage output is not stable and you can't count on it like others weapons that confirm deal fixed damage.
