Sonic has way too much speed, blacks out, and dreams himself destroying all of Eggman's crap in a pinball game. Timing starts upon Start Game being pressed, and ends upon the final hit being dealt to Eggman. And, if you're wondering, the difference between Normal and Fast is that Sonic rebounds much further on walls in Fast.
