[TAS] Doom: REKKR - E1M2 UV-Max in 1:34
Things going serious! E1M2 features more monsters, a berserk and a shotgun which is now called Steel Shot Launcher (SSL).
Fortunately, the map lets you build an optimal route pretty easily.
Such monsters, as Husks and Imps, have their "mean" copies now. They have more health and move faster.
Eyeballs are basically lost soul replacements.
Due to the lack of monster slots, some enemies are programmed as custom things. That's why they cannot infight.
It also features a new concept of delayed door openings, but, unlike barrels that hit Voodoo dolls in outer closets, this one doesn't hurt you. You cross a linedef, a platform with a hit-scanner dummy rises up and shots a wall that opens doors.
The ending room is questionable, but I tried my best in manipulating good damage rolls.
Fist attack is now a sequence of 3 punches. Pretty flexible for TAS, for speed and damage manipulations.
SSL takes 3 tics before fire, reloading takes 66 tics (to ReFire state) or 70 (to READY state). Deals ~145 damage. As a result, this weapon has the least damage/sec in the game. I don't know where I will use it besides E1M9.
