Doom 2 - Map 31: Wolfenstein 100% Walkthrough - PSX Doom Master Edition (Beta 4)
27I've been following DOOM Master Edition development for a long time, but now they released Beta 4, adding new monsters to the game as well as new maps. So I decided to try these changes and share a bunch of walkthrough videos.
Well, I had to begin with Downtown (map 13) where I spawned, but whatever.
So, Wolfenstein map is a mixture of SNES Wolfenstein E1M1 (first 3 hallways) and Doom 2 Map 31. I like the adaptation style. There are second level walls which tries to make the plain map look more 3D, there are PSX Doom monsters and Nightmare monsters (Imps, Demons) to give more challenge, especially with a pistol start. Nevertheless, I expected more enemies on the map.
I got into trouble near the BFG secret, because I forgot where that secret door was, but decided not to replay it from the beginning.
