In VVVVVV, the player controls Captain Viridian, who is lost in an alternate dimension, in search of the missing members of the spaceship's crew. Instead of jumping, the player is able to control the direction of gravity, allowing the captain to flip between the floors and ceilings of the environment. The graphical style of the game is heavily influenced by the Commodore 64.

Elomavi (https://tasvideos.org/Users/Profile/Elomavi) improves the previous TAS (https://tasvideos.org/2611M) by around 8 seconds after accounting for version differences, thanks to better routing and not having to re-enter the game again in order to perform the credits warp. This run was made using the latest version of the game, but under a mode that allows for glitches that were present in version 2.0 to be used.
