Fun fact: having done a little reading up, I've learned two things. 1) The Dominion of Isengard is underpowered in the beta, hence why Rohan is having such an easy time with them. 2) Breeland is overpowered, more accurately, it's too wealthy. So there is a reason for its strength and I feel a little more justified in cheating to get Alcfud.
