The 2013 NFL draft class was an odd one. There was no clear cut first round pick at the QB position. The top ranked QB was Geno Smith...or was it Ryan Nassib? Or EJ Manuel? Matt Barkley? Well, you get the idea. No one could agree. As a result, there were not very many trades at the top of the draft. One move that stood out is the Rams moving up to acquire Tavon Austin. The Bills moved down to 16...where they became the first team to pick a QB. Wow.
