All of the wigglers here (except for the one at the start - necessary to load the Giant Wiggler model) are spawned by the same actor.
The actor looks for the bottommost three-tile high gap and spawns a Wiggler if the last Wiggler spawned has walked a particular amount of tiles defined in a Path ID, which is defined in the actor settings.

Unfortunately, the actor doesn't quite work right, as nothing ever sets up the path nodes of the Path ID set in the actor settings. This here was done by hardcoding all the Wigglers to use a single node of the path, which is why they all spawn the same distance away from each other. If the actor worked properly, the wigglers could be spawned varying distances away.
