So there is kind of a bad stigma about TAC in mvc3. For whatever reason, people think it is easy to counter.

1) Mashing S and turning the stick wildly
2) holding a diagonal direction and mashing S in order to "beat" two of your opponent's inputs.

These are both false. Holding a diagonal direction will only record one main direction, most likely down or up. (tested in video)
HOwever, by holding left or right, you will always kill your opponent's TAC option whether he chooses left or right. (tested in video)

By these findings, in a nonpartial situation, your opponent has a 33% chance of countering your TAC attempt. ( by guessing either Up, down, left/right)

offensively, I say those are pretty good odds for what a TAC gives u.
